1. Returns

• You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.

2. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one at no extra cost.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

• For exchanges due to our error, we’ll cover all shipping charges.
